PRANAYAMA - all
Promoting proper breathing is one of five principles of yoga. In a Yogic point of view, proper breathing is to bring more oxygen to the blood and to the brain, and to control Prana or the vital life energy. It calms our mind, releases fatigue and stimulates internal organs. Pranayama also goes hand in hand with the Asanas. The union of these two Yogic Principles is considered as the highest form of purification and self-discipline, covering both mind and body.
RESTORATIVE YOGA - all
Renewing, unwinding, balancing, de-stressing. This yoga class utilizes props to create a series of supported postures that help the body and mind relax into a peaceful, calm state.
