New Year’s Solutions

Guidelines

Via Christi employees are challenged to workout for 21 days during the first quarter of 2008.
Each employee will be given a one week pass to use at the Genesis Health Club of their choice.
Simply fill out the registration form attached and bring to any Genesis Health Club.
Those who participate in the challenge and join the health club as new members within the week of their guest pass will receive a free Genesis Health Clubs T-shirt.
If an employee is already a member they have the opportunity to give a friend their guest pass and still earn the T-shirt if their friend joins the club with in the week. (Employee must come in with guest at time of membership sign up in order to receive the T-shirt)
Each employee that uses the health club for 21 days during the months of January, February and March will receive a 21 days of wellness T-shirt.
The 21 days will not begin accruing until the membership is active for new members.
In order to keep the motivation up during the first quarter the following Via Christi Employee events will be held at the various Genesis Health Club Locations.

Wellness seminar on Saturdays at 2:00pm

Jan. 5th: Seminar 1- Start Getting Active (RR)
Jan. 12th: Seminar 2- Start Eating Healthy (WC)
Jan. 19th: Weight Training 101 (RR)
Jan. 26th: Women and Weight Loss (WC)

Group Fitness Sampler Saturdays at 2:00pm

Feb 2nd : Group Power(RR)
Feb 9th : Group Ride (WC)
Feb 16th : Pilates I (RR)
Feb 23rd: Restorative Yoga (WC)

Weight Training Lessons at 2:00pm

Mar 1st : Upper Body (RR)
Mar 8th : Lower Body (WC)
Mar 15th: Core (RR)
Mar 22nd : Using the bands, balls, and bosu trainer (WC)

Final Awards 2:00pm (RR)

Mar 29th: Those who reached the goal of attending the health club for 21 days in the first quarter are invited to a free afternoon snack catered by O’Naturals and are awarded a certificate of completion in addition to the 21 days of Wellness T-shirt.
There will also be a drawing for the following prizes:

Yoga Mat
Heart Rate Monitor
IPOD shuffle
3 personal training sessions
Body Balance Nutrition Journal

You must be at least 18 years old. First time visitors only. Only one pass may be used per person. No out of town guests. You may visit as many times as you wish during the consecutive 10 days of use.

This pass expires 30 days from the time it is printed
