STUDIO PILATES “PRIVATE” & “SEMI-PRIVATE” TRAINING
Offered at our Rock Road and West Central locations
Private Pilates Training is for men and women of all ages and abilities. Everyone comes in with their own goals and postural issues in mind. Here at the GHC Pilates Studio your trainer will teach you everything you need to know about Pilates exercise and the Pilates principals at your own pace as opposed to a classroom pace. We’ll schedule your appointments at a time that is most convenient for you and the sessions revolve around your individual needs and goals.
Allow our trainers to visit with you about the wonderful benefits of Pilates exercise and how Pilates exercise will help you!
Training rates are based on the level of the trainer; Apprentice, Level I, Level II and Level III trainers are available. For our rates please contact Kelli Harsh.
Everyone qualifies for one complimentary session to learn more about our programs, our studio and what Pilates training is all about.
Everyone also qualifies for a one time purchase of our Introductory Pilates Package which is 3 private sessions for $150.00. During these 3 sessions we teach our clients how to use the equipment and some of the exercises done on the equipment as well as discuss your current exercise routine, health history and personal fitness goals. If your plan is to attend our mat classes only we will focus on teaching the core exercises done in a mat class as well as your personal modifications. This is to help you feel comfortable and safe joining a class and so that you will get the most out of the class having this basic information prior to your mat workouts.
