GROUP MAT CLASSES


PILATES Mat Work – This multi-level class will strengthen, tone and improve posture as well as increase flexibility, balance and coordination.  Challenge your core strength and flatten your abdomen with whole body movement that will change the way you feel and move!

PILATES Rhythms – This workout will keep you standing!  Strengthen and tone your legs and glutes while challenging your balance.  The flex bands are used to shape the upper body as well as to push the abs to work the entire class!

POWERHOUSE Fusion – Get moving in this workout that blends aerobic exercise with the best of PILATES.  You will get 40 minutes of cardio to fun energizing music then top this POWER workout off with a 20 minute PILATES series!  For ALL levels that want to MOVE!

POWER PILATES – Challenge your abdominal strength and endurance in this POWER Mat Class!  We will move at a faster pace as well as incorporate advanced exercises.  You will feel strong and tone from head to toes!
