If you are having a hard time losing weight try decreasing the intensity of your cardiovascular workouts. Studies have shown that maintain a normal blood sugar level is an important factor in weight loss. High intensity exercise can cause blood sugars to drop dramatically and sky rocketing with your post workout meal. This can lead to weight gain. However, doing a moderate to low intensity cardiovascular workout for an increased amount of time (45-60 minutes) promotes fat loss without dramatic shifts if blood sugar.
