Experience Genesis’ high energy Bootcamp that will keep your body guessing!  We will incorporate a variety of cardio and strength exercises that you won’t find in a regular group fitness setting, and you’ll be surrounded and encouraged by friends who share your goal!  This will take your Cardio, Core, and Strength Training to a whole new level.  A great total-body workout that will leave you wanting more. When: Thursdays at 6:00PM and Saturdays at 9:30AM
