GENESIS Offers a New Fitness Program That will Help You Center Your Energy

Group Centergy is a new mind-body program that will be offered at all Wichita locations and the Hutchinson location starting with the launch on Saturday, July 25th.  This class offers participants a chance to improve strength and flexibility while rejuvenating the body's systems.  It's movements focus the body's energy to relieve stress, reduce pain and improve postural alignment.  The class times for each club are as follows and will start on Monday, July 27th:

ROCK ROAD - Mondays at 9:30AM & 5:45PM; Wednesdays at 9:30AM; Saturdays at 9:00AM [rotates w/Yoga II]

EAST CENTRAL - Mondays at 9:00AM; Tuesdays at 4:30PM; Thursdays at 6:45PM; Saturdays at 10:30AM

WEST CENTRAL - Mondays at 10:15AM; Tuesdays at 10:15AM; Wednesdays at 6:30PM; Thursdays at 5:30AM & 10:15AM; Saturdays at 10:30AM

WEST 13TH - Mondays at 9:15AM; Thursdays at 6:30PM; Fridays at 9:15AM

HUTCHINSON - Mondays at 6:30PM; Thursdays at 12:15 & 6:30PM; Fridays at 5:30AM; Saturdays at 8:00AM
