We are now offering a new Group Fitness class, Jiu-Jitsu! This is a fee based class & offered to men & women! Jiu-Jitsu teaches you techniques including body control, throws, chokes, joint manipulation, & joint locks to force your opponent to surrender! Come into our club for all the details!
